Meet the team

Rosa constantly experiments with new recipes but as a qualified fitness instructor, also enjoys a wide range of exercise classes.

Euan balances his love of food with regular trips to the gym and as many rounds of golf as time will allow.

Nina enjoys spending time making memories with family, which includes long walks with Springer Spaniel, Skye.

“I’m motivated by putting people first and I’d like to be able to look back in years to come and be proud of my contribution to people and the planet.”

Juraj Suhajda

Head Butcher

Juraj's pastimes include cycling and playing the accordion and piano. He is also multi-lingual, speaking Slovakian, Czech, Polish and English.

“For me, animal welfare is paramount, which is why all our meat will be free-range, locally sourced, from farms that I have personally visited. I’m looking forward to helping customers choose the right cuts and provide cooking tip.”

Sam loves meeting new people, eating out and listening to live music events.

“It’s great fun getting to know all our local suppliers and their products. I’m excited to share this knowledge and information with customers when they visit.”

Paul Castle

Paul, married father of two, spends his time exploring the local countryside with his trusted companion spaniel, Ghillie.

“Food retail is in my blood. I started helping my parents in their Spar minimarket at the tender age of twelve, and have been working in food retail ever since. Flourish really is a dream come true.”

Charlotte Lewis

Home & Lifestyle Manager

Charlotte enjoys being creative both inside and outside of work. She lives on a narrowboat with her wonderful partner Dan and her sassy cat, Neville.

"My passion for design and crafting is something that drives me every day. Being able to marry the two whilst also showcasing amazingly talented local people is my favourite aspect of my role here at Flourish!"

Marketing & Events Manager

Rosie enjoys going for walks with her rescue pup, Vanilla and going for coffee while out and about. She loves live events, music and anything crafty.

Ghillie is a very important member of the Flourish team. He brings lots of happiness to the office and is friendly and welcoming to all.

We partner with local organisations and charities. In 2024 we're proudly supporting Keynsham based social enterprise Community of Purpose, helping tackle school holiday hunger for kids living in the Bristol area. Our staff are given 16 hours paid time to volunteer in the community, so if you know a special cause that needs some helping hands, let us know!

Chef de Partie

This role reports to the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be supporting the food service of this fantastic Foodhall & Kitchen. You will have a passion for great seasonal local food, working in an open plan kitchen, including a gas and woodfired pizza oven. Working alongside a motivated and committed team in the delivery of amazing food to 150 covers, will be critical to your success in this role.
